We love doing HMOs (Homes of Multiple Occupancy) whether for Students or Professionals. They have great scope to bring some design flair in the ever increasingly competitive marketplace. However, we always begin with function before anything else. These properties need to be super tough to cope with the occupancy levels and the general tenant profile. The furniture needs to be robust to withstand the wear and tear. The communal spaces need to have enough space for all tenants to comfortably congregate and cook in.
