We have the best time creating Boutique Hotels. There is a need for them to be individual with quirky and unique design features. They also require a level of luxury that is required by this market. There are also the more serious legal requirements in terms of building regulations and fire safety requirements that need to be addressed before we even choose a colour palette. And now we need to take into account how the building may operate with and Covid restrictions that may come into place again. 

 

Ultimately these projects are a designer’s dream as this segment really needs some design flair to make sure it appeals to the target market.
